Compilé par les spécialistes Paul Wallace, Paul Waller et Simon Carson, The Complete Polydor Years Volume Two 1985-1989 propose 10 CDs renfermant les albums originaux du groupe enregistrés lors de cette période, sans oublier les singles, faces-B, versions maxi et raretés diverses, le tout accompagné par un livret rédigé par le journaliste Daryl Easlea (du magazine Record Collector).
